“নিশ্চয়ই যারা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসুলকে কষ্ট দেয়, আল্লাহ তাদের প্রতি দুনিয়া ও আখিরাতে অভিশাপ দিয়েছেন এবং তাদের জন্য প্রস্তুত রেখেছেন লাঞ্ছনাদায়ক শাস্তি।” [সুরা আল-আহযাব, ৩৩ : ৫৭] . এই আয়াতে আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তাআলা তাঁর ও তাঁর রাসুল ﷺ-এর প্রতি কষ্টদায়ক আচরণের ভয়াবহতা এবং এর পরিণতি বর্ণনা করেছেন। ইমাম আবদুর রহমান আস-সাদি (রাহিমাহুল্লাহ) এই আয়াতের তাফসিরে বলেন, আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসুল ﷺ-কে কষ্ট দেওয়ার মধ্যে—কথা ও কাজের মাধ্যমে কষ্ট দেওয়া, গালি দেওয়া, তাঁদের মর্যাদা খাটো করা এবং দ্বীনকে হেয় করা অন্তর্ভুক্ত। ইমাম ইবনু কাসির (রাহিমাহুল্লাহ) বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ ﷺ-কে দোষারোপ করা, তাঁর মর্যাদা খাটো করা কিংবা যেকোনোভাবে তাঁকে কষ্ট দেওয়া এই আয়াতের অন্তর্ভুক্ত। আয়াতটির বক্তব্য ব্যাপক; এটি কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ঘটনার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়। ইমাম আল-কুরতুবি (রাহিমাহুল্লাহ) এই আয়াতের তাফসিরে যা উল্লেখ এর সারমর্ম হচ্ছে, রাসুলুল্লাহ ﷺ-কে কষ্ট দেওয়া শুধু শারীরিক নির্যাতনে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়; বরং তাঁকে অবমাননাকর কথা বলা, তাঁর প্রতি মিথ্যা অপবাদ দেওয়া এবং তাঁর মর্যাদার পরিপন্থী আচরণ করাও এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত। ছাড়াও তিনি ইবনু আব্বাস (রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহুমা)-এর বক্তব্যও উদ্ধৃত করেছেন, যে—এ আয়াত সাফিইয়া বিনতে হুয়াই (রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহা)-কে বিবাহ করার কারণে নবী ﷺ-এর প্রতি আপত্তি উত্থাপনকারীদের প্রসঙ্গে অবতীর্ণ হয়েছিল। রাসুলুল্লাহ ﷺ-কে গালি দেওয়া, তাঁকে বিদ্রূপ করা কিংবা তাঁর নবুওয়াত ও রিসালাতকে অবমাননা করা সাধারণ পাপের মতো নয়; বরং এটি কুফর আকবর। আল্লাহ তাআলা বলেন, “বলুন, তোমরা কি আল্লাহ, তাঁর আয়াতসমূহ এবং তাঁর রাসুলকে নিয়ে বিদ্রূপ করছিলে? অজুহাত দেখিয়ো না। তোমরা ইমান আনার পর কুফরি করেছ।” [সুরা আত-তাওবা, ৯ : ৬৫–৬৬] জাবির ইবনু আবদুল্লাহ রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু থেকে বর্ণিত, রাসুলুল্লাহ ﷺ বলেছেন, “কাব ইবনুল আশরাফের ব্যাপারে কে ব্যবস্থা নেবে? কেননা, সে আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসুলকে কষ্ট দিয়েছে।” [সহিহ বুখারি ও সহিহ মুসলিম] ইমাম ইবনু তাইমিয়্যাহ (রাহিমাহুল্লাহ) তাঁর আস-সারিমুল মাসলুল ‘আলা শাতিমির রাসুল গ্রন্থে এই হাদিস এবং এই ধরনের আরও একাধিক হাদিস এবং সালাফদের বক্তব্যকে রাসুলুল্লাহ ﷺ-কে অবমাননাকারীর শাস্তি-সংক্রান্ত আলোচনায় দলিল হিসেবে পেশ করেছেন। ইমাম ইবনু তাইমিয়্যাহ বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ ﷺ-কে গালি দেওয়ার শাস্তি মৃত্যুদণ্ড হওয়া সম্পর্কে ইবনুল মুনযির (রাহিমাহুল্লাহ) উম্মতের সকল আলেমদের ঐকমত্যের কথা উল্লেখ করেছেন। তিনি ইমাম মালিক, ইমাম লাইস, ইমাম আহমাদ, ইমাম ইসহাক ও ইমাম শাফিয়ির বক্তব্যও এর সমর্থনে উদ্ধৃত করেছেন। আল্লাহ তাআলা এই অপরাধীদের জন্য দুনিয়া ও আখিরাতে লানত এবং লাঞ্ছনাদায়ক শাস্তির ঘোষণা দিয়েছেন। আর লাঞ্ছনাদায়ক শাস্তি বলতে এমন শাস্তিকে বোঝানো হয়েছে, যার মাধ্যমে অপরাধী অপমানিত ও লাঞ্ছিত হবে। এমনকি ইমাম ইবনু তাইমিয়্যাহ তাঁর গ্রন্থে এই অপরধীদের (ব্যক্তিগতভাবে কেউ) হত্যা করার পর, হত্যাকারীর ওপর কোনো শাস্তি, কিসাস বা দিয়াত আবশ্যক না হওয়ার বিধানও আলোচনা করেছেন। ---- তাফসির ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সূত্র : 1. তাইসিরুল কারিমির রহমান ফি তাফসিরি কালামিল মান্নান 2. আল-জামি‘ লি আহকামিল কুরআন 3. আস-সারিমুল মাসলুল ‘আলা শাতিমির রাসুল 4. তাফসির ইবনু কাসির
